Cyber Security in Smart Grid has a censorious operation because numerous devices seriatim commercial and domestic will be connected via a series of networks to communicate and delivering the security to the networks with various methodologies.
 As a major part of critical infrastructure, the security of the smart grid not only affects the security of existing energy systems but also has a direct impact on national security. The increasing number of cyberattacks against the smart grid imperatively requires more robust security protection technologies to maintain the security of the grid system and its operations. we systematically review the various threats in the smart grid, which have two core domains: the intrinsic vulnerability of the system and the external cyberattacks. This systematically inspects the vulnerabilities of all components of the smart grid and also thoroughly review existing and potential cyberattacks against these vulnerabilities, and provides some technical recommendations for future smart grid protection based on the perusal.
As Infosec-future become more open and interconnected, the benefits of digitization increase. This connectivity presents cybersecurity challenges for grid automation, supervision systems and telecom infrastructure. A compromised grid jeopardizes customer trust and decreases system reliability.
